FAQs

Frequently asked questions

How do you prepare a room before hardwood installation?

We finalise layout plans with you, prepare the subfloor and surrounding area, and confirm installation details before work starts.

Can you supply hardwood flooring materials and finishes?

Yes. We can supply hardwood boards and deliver lacquer, oil, or stain finishes using low-VOC products to suit the look you want.

Which fixing method do you use for solid hardwood?

We recommend glue-down using elastic hardwood adhesive, depending on the subfloor, board profile, and room conditions.

When can we walk on the new floor?

Depending on room size, you can walk lightly on the floor after 12 hours, but we advise waiting at least 24-48 hours for full cure.
